Wind Creek Chicago Southland Contests Kiosk

These Terms apply to the Wind Creek Chicago Southland contests kiosk at wccs.betusanetwork.com (the "Kiosk"). By using the Kiosk or entering a contest, you agree to these Terms and to the rules posted for that contest.

The Kiosk is a free-to-play operator contest terminal at Wind Creek Chicago Southland. It is not an online casino, not a sportsbook, and not a deposit account.

1. Who may enter

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A Wind Creek Rewards card is required. Use your own card. The number on the ticket must match the loyalty account used at entry.
  • One entry per person per contest.
  • You may not enter if you are enrolled in the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program, listed on the IGB Board Exclusion List, or barred from the casino.
  • Contests are for guests at Wind Creek Chicago Southland only.

2. What these contests are

  • Free to play. No entry fee.
  • Not a bet, wager, or sportsbook ticket. You do not deposit money into a kiosk wallet to enter.
  • Prizes are paid at the cashier. They are not paid into a kiosk wallet.
  • Each contest also has its own rules on the Kiosk and on the ticket. If a contest rule is more specific, it controls for that contest.

3. How to enter and when entry closes

  • Follow the on-screen instructions for the contest you select.
  • Contests marked Preview are not open for entry.
  • NFL Sunday: Sunday games at 1:00 PM ET and later only. No Thursday, Monday, holiday, or morning overseas games. Against the spread. You must pick every remaining game on the slate. Entry closes at the first Sunday 1:00 PM ET kickoff.
  • College Football Saturday: Saturday games only. Top 25 teams, plus Illinois and Indiana schools. Against the spread. You must pick every remaining game on the slate. Entry closes at the first Saturday kickoff.
  • Squares: the board closes 2 minutes before kickoff. Numbers are drawn at random.

4. Prizes and redemption

  • NFL Sunday and College Football Saturday: $50 to the winner, paid at the cashier. Tie-breaker is closest to the combined score of the last game on that slate. If still tied, the earlier ticket wins.
  • Squares: $50 first quarter, $50 half, $50 third quarter, $50 final, paid at the cashier.
  • Valid for redemption only at Wind Creek Chicago Southland.
  • Winnings must be redeemed in person within 7 days of the final event concluding or they are forfeited.
  • Valid photo ID and the Wind Creek Rewards card used at time of entry are required and must match the loyalty account associated with the entry.

5. Tickets

A printed ticket is a receipt of your entry. Keep it. The cashier may also verify an entry against the Rewards account used at entry.

6. Conduct

Do not use another person's Rewards card, enter more than once, or tamper with the Kiosk. The operator may void an entry that breaks these Terms or a contest's rules.

7. Results

Grading, winners, and eligibility decisions by Wind Creek Chicago Southland and the operator of this Kiosk are final. An obvious error (wrong game, wrong line, or a system error) may be corrected, or that contest or entry may be voided.

8. League and team names

NFL, NCAA, and team names are used only to identify games. Those leagues and teams do not sponsor or endorse these contests.

9. Privacy and responsible gaming

The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming pages on this Kiosk apply. If you do not agree, do not use the Kiosk.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The version on this page is the current version. Continued use of the Kiosk after an update is acceptance of the updated Terms.
