This Privacy Policy applies to the Wind Creek Chicago Southland contests kiosk at wccs.betusanetwork.com (the "Kiosk"). It covers information used to run operator contests on this Kiosk. It does not replace Wind Creek Rewards program terms, which are separate.

What we collect

• Wind Creek Rewards card number and related entry identity, so we can apply the one-entry rule and so the cashier can match a ticket to a loyalty account.
• Your contest picks, square selections, ticket and entry records, contest results, and prize status.
• Basic kiosk or browser information needed to run the session (for example, that you are on this Kiosk).

This Kiosk does not ask you to open an online gambling account, and it does not take card deposits.

How it is used

• To run contests, print tickets, grade entries, and pay prizes at the cashier.
• To enforce eligibility: 21+, one entry per person, Rewards card match, and exclusion or barring rules.
• To keep records the property and operator need for these contests.

Who sees it

Wind Creek Chicago Southland staff and the operator of this Kiosk see contest records as needed to run the contests and to pay or deny a prize. We do not sell this information. We do not use this Kiosk to run a separate marketing list.

How long it is kept

Entry and prize records are kept as long as needed to operate the contests, handle a claim, and meet record-keeping duties. They are then deleted or archived according to the property's practice.

Your choices

Do not use the Kiosk if you do not want your Rewards card and picks stored for that contest. Prize claims still require the Rewards card used at entry and photo ID.
